Cleanup did not clear

Hello there was 2 names i wanted to take after cleanup(i would use only one of them for new char). One name was taken by dk 55lvl that got his 55achiv 1 year ago. Second name been taken by a lvl1 it's impossible to tell how long this char been lvl1 but even at this moment it's lvl1 with 0 damage total done and 0 total gold acquired. Well i understand that the point of inactivity cleanup not to free names that been taken by name sellers(totally not a scam) but still would be nice to have more cool names around.
