Hi ! I have no idea how i can contact with support on your site so i created new account and writing here. My problem is i havnt played a long time on your server and i forgot account name and password, and when im trying to recover it on your site the site goin to some errror white screen. Can some1 help me to recover my account? I spend some money on it and i would like to play on it again Pleas an fast respond

Depends. It can take a couple days to a week.
Longer if there's a need to make any deeper checks to confirm you really are the original owner.
