WotLK Faction Change

Hello there!
I have a question (i was tryin to search the forum but didnt find any help at all)!
When you change faction, you ll keep everything that is in your bags ?
Or I should ask like this: Beside guild, you keep everything (achievements, skills, reputation, gold, everything in bags, etc etc) ?
So the only thing you lose it s really the guild (+ guild bank) ?

Faction change costs 30 Coins and provides:
- Characters race changed to the chosen opposing faction race
- Guild, Arena team and personal rating are not transferred to the opposing faction
- Faction change is completed through the character selection screen in-game
- Faction change is irreversible and not eligible for refund

Ofc achievements, skills and all that stays. Any faction reputation, mounts etc. gets changed accordingly.
