1. Reducing Server Toxicity

It's no secret that warmane is full of super toxic players and more needs to be done to combat this. I understand that the ignore list is a feature but it ruins the game experience with all of these toxic a-holes ****ting on the rest of the playerbase. Additionally, the particularly sweaty will hop on an alt to keep going.

More should be done to suspend these people beginning with light punishments and incrementally getting bigger. This will help to make them think twice before being a prick and treat others better, improving the gameplay experience for everyone.

  2. They already suspend players for social infractions in the game, starting with a shorter length (depending on the infraction) and increasing with repeated violations.

If you really want to be the "social" type of player, then learn to handle such situations with smile and don't take it personally. Otherwise disable/hide all incoming DMs from people outside your friend list and/or guild, say and emote are good idea as well. That's how the game is, and the community in general, being stucked for so long on the same content/level. The toleration to the newcomers is completely missing and the toxic level is flowing like a river, but it is what it is. Adapt.

I really don't see a suggestion here. It's like saying "We should solve world hunger." Yes, we should, but what's your proposed solution? There are punishments in place for many things (racism, afk in dungeons, ninjalooting, disrupting gameplay (which can be just about anything if you really overdo it)) and those punishments seem small (2-3-5 days) but they increase with the number of offenses - that's a pretty solid system.

We'd all like to be kind and nice and happy, but dealing with those people is also a part of your development - not everyone is nice, even outside of the game, in real life too.
