Arena point gain

Can someone please explain to me how does the arena point gain is determined?

I've been playing for weeks now to get my rating higher and higher, however i noticed that some teams will gain 48 points after a win still around 1500-1600 rating, while i only gain around 10-12 points at 1400 rating.

Arena comp: AWarr/UHDK

I must me missing some hidden mechainic or idk.

Besides team/personal rating, theres a matchmaking value (mmr), even if you delete/change teams, this value stays for each character unless season reset. Your team faces teams with similar mmr if didnt wait so long for a match or vice versa. Those teams that get +48 prolly fight at higher mmr than their rating and get more points due that.

Ex: Two teams faces eachother, team 1 have 1600 rating with 2000mmr on one character, other team has 2000 rate with 1950 mmr, if team 1 wins they get 48 points while team 2 loses around that amount. But if team 2 wins, they only get 10-25 rating perhaps while team 1 loses like 5-10 points.
