should i go 20 haste in every slot or 40atack red, 20 haste yellow? i dont have the t10 4piece yet

Your gems should mostly consist of haste, hit and expertise. You need both hit and expertise in large quantities to reach your caps so you may want to put hit or haste on yellow sockets and most likely accurate ametrine on red sockets. This description very general and brief. There are however many guides on enha shaman here is this forum.
