Cant buy bis iteam from store

Hey!
I did make new rogue and when im trying to buy bis iteam from store it say ” No results matched your search criteria.” any1 know why? I can se lower iteam but not the bis iteam:(

I did make new rogue and when im trying to buy bis iteam from store it say ” No results matched your search criteria.” any1 know why? I can se lower iteam but not the bis iteam:(

new characters are by default on "seasonal mode". Which means you play in sync wiht "frostmourne" realm (which is a progressive pve realm)
So in this case you can buy only items that are available on "Frostmourne" website store

In case you wanna play on "endgame" mode (with the majority of blackrock ppl plus Icecrown and lordaeron players) you need to talk with "pick a spec npc" -> select Battlegroup1 -> then select again your spec (So you get better gear as well)
Once you do that you can buy on "Store" all the bis items you want
