Since last 24 hours i have problem with character selection stucking in moment of "Retrieving Character List".

I tried to do ipconfig /flushdns in my system, it was working only for few minutes and after that, my game just stucked in the time and i had to alt+f4 to leave a game.

Can someone help to resolve that problem?
