Technical Account hacked?

I logged in after about a year and I've noticed my warrior has next to nothing in his bags, no gold, and his profession from engineering has changed to herbalism. Want to say my account got hacked, was curious if there is anything that can be done to help me? (I have already changed the password and enabled authentication services)

Problem with that is I can only file a ban appeal ticket, nothing else.
