U need to disable firewall for while and if still not working then >>>> Flush your DNS and IP. Open Command Prompt, type out each of these commands, and then hit enter, one at a time: ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew, then ipconfig /flushdns. I'm having an issue where I log in with proper credentials - it just sits at connecting and then populates the error "Unable to connect, Please try again alter. If the problem persists, please contact support.
