WotLK Account suspended due to BotNetwork

Hey guys, not sure if anyone else is experiencing this as a general issue or if this is a misunderstood. My account seems to be locked due to BotNeetwork, problem is that I'm not a bot nor have used or use any kind of hack. I've lost my characters that I've played for years and im being locked whenever I try to leevel up another one. Please assist :C
