WotLK Missing files

When i try to downlaod wotlk from https://www.warmane.com/download there isnt a interface folder and i get an error when trying to launch the game failed to open archive common.mpq. Need help reisntalled the game cuz of addon issues now i cant install it :)

First of all, after downloading something via torrent, always re-check the torrent task in the client so you can be sure it's 100% completed.

Second, bad hdd/ssd often causes file damage and no matter how many times you re-check something, it will come up defective - solution in this case would be replacing the bad drive first, worrying about downloading stuff later.
