    Dear Warmane Support,
    I`m writing to you in order to my account being banned. Don`t realy remember the reason of ban because is has been suspended Such a long time ago. Is there any way i can get my account back? I`m older now and not gonna make anything unpleasent.

    You can open ban appeal ticket every 30 days, so that's the way to go. If you can't, you send an email.
