WotLK settings are not saved

good, i am a new user who just downloaded wow lich king, and when i set the graph and everything to play i get "some of your settings will not take effect until you restart the game". i close the game and when i open it neither the configuration nor the user name is saved and every time i enter it asks me to accept the terms of the game. what can i do to save both the user and the configuration? only the characters that i have on the lordaeron server are saved. thanks.

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
