WotLK Lost Character

lost a lvl 30 something nightelf on wrath of the lich king and dont know if there is a way to recover it


my old pc was on the verge of dying and in a way to save my night elf i backed her up on the warmane website. my pc died later that week.
9 months later i was able to get a new pc and redownloaded the game again. when i logged back in it said there was a character available on the old lodaeron server i would play on, only for nothing to be there

what happened to my night elf and is there a way to recover her ?

*forgot her actual lvl but she was above 30*

Read about the inactivity cleanup.

Level 1 - 50 characters that have not been played since July 2022 will be removed.
Premium accounts are exempt from removals.
Characters that are guild masters will result in the guild being removed.

If your char met the criteria for removal, it's gone and not coming back.
