Technical Character model bug

Hey! I need help with something that is really annoying, and it is that from one moment to another after unlogin and logging into my character the model changed to one of a horde mage (my character is a human DK female) and also the model of the rest of the people aswell, for example there are human paladins and visually they look like orcs and so on with everyone. I tried to close the game and open it and the only thing that caused is that the model of my character changed again and every time I exit and enter the game changes the race, I tried to try with another character I have and it's the same, when I log in it changes the model to another race and I really don't know what to do anymore
