Hi, I did the Hilt quest, got the sword, deleted the character, made the same character again with the same name. Question, can I roll for the item again if it drops?

Why not? I mean, if you get Hilt, you can do whatever you want with it. Just make sure to not be greedy ninja

I was asking if I can do the quest again on that character, i deleted the character and made it again but didnt know if warmane saved it or something on the name/account

It works only on each specific character separately.
