Technical Banned for Wintrading...

Hello!

I really need some help... Two weeks ago, me and some friends where doing our weekly 10-games arena for the weekly points and since
we where 5 friends online we started a 5-man team so we could play together and be done with our 10 games. The thing is, it's not that many
people that play 5 man so we met and lost to the same team 10 games in a row and now we have been banned 3 months for wintrading. WTF?!
Also the team we met where not oven from our own server...

Ive put in a ticket for ban uplift 3 days ago but still no answer from Warmane...

Any suggestions on what to do?
