Blacrock Bracket requirements for shoulders

Greetings, i have a hvery simple question about the requirements for obtaining the item level 264 shoulders on Blackrock.
So without further ado, if solo Queue is considered for 5v5 and it goes to 5v5 in personal raiting, can you actually buy the shoulders for wich is required to have 1850 3v3 or 5v5 brackets. As long as i remember 2 years ago i had that raiting but i wasn't able to buy them. Is it possible now? Thanks.

so, if you plan to buy 264 or 277 pve shoulder you need a real 3vs3 team
