WotLK Missing characters

Greetings, esteemed lads and ladettes.

I have recently experienced a wave of annual nostalgia for World of Warcraft and have decided to revisit my account on a specific server. However, upon logging in, I have encountered an unexpected issue - none of my characters are present on two of the suggested WoTLK realms (Lordaeron and Icecrown). Although I can see the existence of characters in the realm select list, entering either of those realms reveals only emptiness and despair. Would it be possible for you to kindly investigate this matter?

Same is happening to me but only half of my characters are missing for some reason.
