Active PvP content at all levels? - What are your experiences.

Active PvP content at all levels, that is written in the server description. I geared up a twink char (60-69 ) and did approximately 3-4 bgs in a month. Guys you shouldn't call that active lol. 70+ bracket also dead. After Frostmourne decomission we lost tons of fun here. What i dont understand why we didnt get the progressive server after the decomission, or get it after a short period of time. The game will be dead for a lot of people for months.

What are ur experiences. Is it possible to find an active non 80 pvp bracket?

Or is it worthy to gear up a char to full deadly an avoid the shm holders and gy farmer grps?

Me personally dont want to sit ONLY in the "abomination" shm meta what Icecrown have and will have forever. Basically since Frostmourne is deleted we dont have a chance to avoid that bracket or to play another expansion at Warmane. ( Dont bring me Frostwolf here with 400 player pls :D)
