Can you 5man multibox on Frostwolf

I made a mistake and posted in Frostmourne instead of Frostwolf. Question is same. Is it allowed to 5man multibox on Frostwolf?

The rule is the exact same for all realm, just some precisions you are also allowed to multibox more than 5char inside a raid instance, by logging and moving your character in 5 by 5, be carefull that mean you cant log more than 5 char to queue LFR or flexible from open world.
