Technical Lag

Hi,

Some of us from south africa has recently for the past month or so started getting lag towards the server, would it be possible to help us with a traceroute from the server side? we connect from 102.141.194.1 and 102.132.70.105, we are currently talking with our Upstream provider to help solve the issue but they want as much information as possible

our traceroute towards you shows packetloss and high latency during peak times 7-9pm Central Africa Time

we usually have a latency of 171ms with no losses but during these peak times it goes up to 220-240 sometimes even more and losses

Its something with the server, i have solid 35-40 ms in the morning and afternoon, and around 5 pm server time it goes up to 100 later 170-200, sometimes even more, meanwhile i have normal ms everywhere else, its annoying af.
