Let the player choose if he wants PVP or PVE on Icecrown

dude then dont turn off the only PVE server with 7x rates.

dont force the player to transfer your character to play on that ****ty pvp get ganked 24/7 when you questing server okay..

You're forgetting two important things here: a) Forstmourne was PvP on its first season, and could return to be so on the fourth, the change to PvE wasn't ever said to be permanent; and b) all players know (or at least should, the information is available) where their characters will go when a season ends, and they agree to it by playing on Frostmourne, you don't get to complain about it.

I completed all[most] quests in Hellfire with reduced xp rate. Sometimes 69 twinks and 80 were annoying, but a quick word in general chat fixed that real quick. Did you know that there are certain kind of rules in Hellfire? And there are guilds enforcing them. 80lvl gankers are hunted like dogs.

Also one annoying thing, alliance camping dark portal in blasted lands, but you can get trough with 2 deaths, so it's not a problem.
