How do i know if my account is lost or not ?

5/25 12:38:56.277 GRUNT: state: LOGIN_STATE_FAILED result: LOGIN_FAILED

Found this solution and it worked:
Delete the WTF folder.
Run WoW.
Exit WoW.
Edit the "Config" file in the WTF folder to include:
'SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"
Relaunch WoW and it should work.
