Technical Characters restoration

Hello there, I decided to come back to wow after quite a few years and after restoring my account and logging in I found out that my characters in Lordaeron are not longer there
I can see on realm choice that I have 2 characters in Lordaeron but when I enter the realm character list is empty. I tried restoring characters from the site but nothing there as well
I checked forum and it seems like there are inactivity cleanups going on
I really wanted to return but that’s quite a bummer for me
Was wondering if there’s anything that can be done. Thanks in advance

If they were affected by an inactivity clean up and your account wasn't Premium, they were removed and there's no recovering them.
