Technical Glitch

Has anyone experienced this? that being in any of the cities you need to wait 20 seconds to exit the game world, I didn’t encounter this before, I instantly left the game world when I pressed

[Persivaln]

In cities you are logging off instantly, sinc eit is safe location. Except for situations where you have quest that involves PvP activity in your quest log.
