WotLK Having a hard time gearing up my character

It is extremely hard as 5.4k fury warrior to get in the raids. Getting Ymirjar gear would take months without running icc, and would literally give me around 100 more gearscore, so i still wouldn't get in the raids, because no one would even bother inviting you if you arent 5.8k+.
Any tips to speed up this boring gearing up process would be appreciated.
Also I don't know how to fix my stat caps problems, and what should I prioritize my eof to . Because i have way to much hit rating, and im very low on armor penetration( is strength gems> armor pen gems if low on armor pen?)

You need to get
1. Rid of excess hit. You only need 8% in total, you have 15% or something. You want that extra hit to Exp (if not capped) > Crit/ArP > Haste

EoF I'd use for T10 shoulders/head/chest, and legs as last slot for 4p if no luck in VoA.

Main tip to "speed up this boring gearing up process" is: Actually make choices which reflect you have a clue what you're doing. And yes, that means taking a lower gearscore item sometimes when the stats are superior/the upgrade features dead stats like hitrating en masse.
Your current gear screams "I value gs over anything and I won't even bother hiding it". Even if you have a clue what you're doing your gear shows otherwise. And that's what's going to be inspected.
AP/Resil Enchant + AP/10% Stunduration Meta in your helmet.
Str/Hit Gem in Cloak despite being at 16%+ Hit due to double hit trinkets.
No useful prof/not even a 2nd prof at all.

Like you could easily get https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47589 https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=49906 to drop some hit/get arp. https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47659 is a cheap eot item superior to your rowans.
https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47214 is a decent trinket from toc5.

Thanks for the tips, but am I not being made to prioritize gs over stats, as I can't even get an invite being 5.4k gs,? Lets say i get trinkets and other items with low gs, i drop my gs even lower, and there will even less chance to get an invite to the raid party, or am I mistaken?
And what gems should i put? strength or armor pen ones? and is it important to fit the right colors? I wanna invest my gold right, because the gems are hella exenesive.

gs don't matter. when they ask for 5.8 gs for icc10, the raid is not meant for you. look for an alt run 5kgs icc10 instead.
gem arp. get the correct trinkets, mentionned above. you can fit the colors if you want, like red = arp yellow crit etc. dont buy expensives gems, buy the cheap ones (uncommon)

Bold Scarlet Rubies (rare, +16 STR), or Bold Cardinal Rubies (epic, +20 STR), gem them according to your financial status. Prioritize socketing higher ilvl items.

There's no point in gemming/focusing Arp when your current damage output is .. weak.

Your current Arp is 282.
Adding https://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47214 would make it 366.
With only NES proc added to your current gear, it would be 960.
With all of the above, it would be total of 1044.
