today I found a player with a very interesting Addon and I want to know what it is, some know what it is called or where it can be downloaded?

Note that sometimes people do end up in the air when they get teleported from a rdf or bg to open world, happened to me too 2 times, as soon as they try move though they fall down but if not you can stay up there for a long time, if hes flying around though thats a cheat, if you get a picture of them "swimming" in the air that can be taken as proof. Recording a video would be the best option though.
