Hello, my problem started in the new year, during the event there was a bug when opening the calendar the game freezes and crashes, then the GMs were able to fix the problem, but I got another one after this fix, I don’t see the effects of spells and auras of other players in the raid and group, I don’t see spells applied to mobs and bosses such as pillboxes, etc., for half a year I turned to GMs and followed the advice, reinstalled game clients three times from two different devices, disabled addons, reset interface settings, deleted the WTF and ?ache folders, as a result, the problem I didn’t dare and the GM advised me to write to the forum, I hope for help and thanks in advance.
