Flame Cap hunter

Hello

any idea how the flame cap improves the explosive traps when you play as a hunter?

I've done several tests on dummy (naked - no items) but cant see **** to be honest...like almost no difference though

It doesn't. Damage from traps is based on ranged attack power only
