Technical My broski get ninja'd by server

We were running VoA only Toravon and I was the ML, when I was giving items (Just 1 left) server went down, and when I reconnected the item disappeared from Toravon and it is unlooteable, my broski and I are waiting on a response, I don't want to get banned because of it, so I make this post to see what I can do for him, if any admin or something can help us, we will be very grateful

You don't get banned if server restart causes an item to disappear. The item is gone, and must be reobtained again.
