Dear Staff, what are the thoughts about some sort of arena in Vanilla?

Sice we are getting 335a honor system, what will happen to Rank14 weapons and stuff? They will be accesible by just honor?
Make arena happen in Vanilla, put theese Juicy R14 stuff around rating, and/or make an option to convert arena points to honor?

Everything should be already in the client, so from development point of view, that shouldn't be a problem at all.

Great plans, great server, however x5 is to much and will likely result in a near empty realm after a to short period of time. Would be such a waste of all the work and effort put into it. Much love tho!

Hi Team,

I'm a big fan of WOTLK & TBC, its my first time experiencing endgame vanilla with great gear in PVE and PVP.

Vanilla sucks is my feeling after days playing PVE/PVP on the test server. PVP balance is ridiculous. I'm either wrecking people, or they're wrecking me, constant mana issues, ridiculous crowd control, people can't be healed effectively as there is no resilience and entire talent trees are trash making people one dimensional.

Please can you:
- Slow down the 1-60 experience so I don't level a 60 in 24 hours, gear it to epics in 1-2 weeks and then quit. If I spend 48-75 hours played getting a 60 this is OK. Nobody is arguing that 1-60 should take 6 months. But equally, x7 rates on Frostmourne meant I was able to level a 60 in like 10-15 hours which is a bit nuts.
- Server should be PVP. This gives the server more longevity, because I don't want to level a 60 in 24 hours.
- Enable more world boss events and fun stuff that again, adds longevity.
- Keep professions at x1 times
- Progress to TBC soon because I'm afraid I'm going to run out of stuff to do and this is even considering I'll likely make 3-4 characters.

I am satisfied with the test server so far. Although there are some imbalances between classes and specs but it is ok, it is a progressive realm and after classic comes BC and wotlk so everything is going to be all right, for me a big thumb up. Bugs are fixed expressly and I believe that the server will soon be ready to start and I am looking forward to it.

5x is a big mistake I would prefer atleast 2x or 3x and optional 1x

Ain't saying that multipliers are bad, but x5 might be a bit of a overkill for 1-60.

They just want to come to max level characters and attack people 40 levels lower than them.

That is the kind of wPvP they're doing on Lordaeron. And oh, don't forget to also spawn kill the flight master.

It's not about wPVP. It's about having their ganking opportunities reduced. Because every time you come to Tanaris or Tarren Mill or STV with your max level character or with one or two other friends, the gankers (usually hunters) are scurrying away like the rats they are.

So yeah nah yeah. RDF all the way.

That's not true. Most of us don't like killing low lvls because it's such a shame.We want wPvP because we fight for resources.
If you get ganked, just tell others in chat.Counter-gankers are more in numbers, they are everywhere and they are ready to help with pleasure.
If you get ganked more than 3 times from same person, just ban him for few days.If he does it again ban him for more days... next time more.

x5 in vanilla is still 2 slow most people i talked to prefer x7. specially since its a progressive server and it wont stay for too long in vanilla anyways. u cant even play alts in that time. or give us some lvl 60 server forever:-)

I am not sure if this is related to the client itsself or the Beta but for some reason the client does not save my video and sound setting so I have to fix them every time I open the client

I think you confused WOW with some other game lol. Drop the "wPvP is a part of the original game" line like a icing on a cake to seal the deal.

Any 3.3.5a client will do the job. Maybe you'll need to clear Cache/WTF folders to avoid possible errors. Realmlist is the same "set realmlist logon.warmane.com"
