I rly think you should implement these sorts of QoL stuff(like arrow, soulshards stacking etc.). Don't think anyone would complain about that.
Things that are unnecessary annoying are not fun even in vanilla.

HA Classic andys will find a way to cry about it. Something along the lines of Muh Classic. and how it breaks their Immersion even tho they are not playing Hunter, but just knowing that there is a hunter with a 1k stack
right click your portrait and set your exp to x1 if you want that type of experience.
stacking arrows is W, but soulshard stacking might be just ugly from aesthetic point of view. what the point of soulbags then? ~25 ss is pretty much more than enough for everything.
See people Crying about.
on a more serious note 25 SS for raids? thats nothing. thats the Souls needed for just summoning people.
stacks of 20 is the way IMO and soulbags has no point tbh. with hunter quiver/poucher, you get stacks and you are happy.
Can't remember the need of summoning the amount of 30something people in classic to raid with the help of warlock, lol. (inb4 "we wuz doing dat can confirm")
And realistically speaking, Warmane probably will enable sum stones anyway. Don't see any intentions of them intentionally handicapping the gameplay with such michanics, and especially when they have state multiple time, that you shouldn't expect the real vanilla here.
My Thoughts:
- x5 it's a good choice. Alterfriendly and "classic experience" is something that is nice for the first few days, maybe weeks.
- 25 raid ppl instead of 40 it's good too. Would like to see new raid dificulties on Classic (HC, Mythic?).
- Belfs and Draeneis should be on Classic (who cares where they start).
- x2/x3 profession rates.
- Only RDF for alters, not first chars (firstly you must have lv60 to unlock it).
Yeah...I'm not against arrows stacking, just don't think it's "needed". Still lets ammo management be less of a stress.
Soul Shards not being considered "conjured items" (disappearing after logged out for 15 minutes) would be a MAJOR bonus. Stacking might also help...summoning 30 people is not going to be a thing with all raids being 25-man...then there's the consumables (healthstones and such) that. It's just difficult because it's also supposed to be something you actively manage to limit the usage of spells like Soul Fire and Shadowburn...so trying to balance QOL of having them available for summons and consumables without making it so you can cast those heavy-hitter spells without thinking.

Speaking for many, the most demotivating is the x5, the idea of living vanilla is precisely based on slow progress and not a power level race
they say no, because they want the paladin/shaman faction things, but we can have belfs and draeneis with the other classes. will be really cool, idk server seems pretty good far now at lvl 60 bgs and raids.
but classic andys will cry, idk from what. and they better let my druid feral/balance or my shammy ele/enha be in the raid without asking any freaking time to "change to healer", because they want this, classic, there is no minmax parsing in wow classic. oh i want to be a mage arcane now
and in bgs they are all the same and are all the time, so why cry so much about classic
This has been repeated many times but here we go... You can disable the x5 if you wanna experience the vanilla levelling experience. But there are many vanilla players whom have gone thru this many times when the game launched 19years ago... so having x5 is an option for them to go end game asap.
I looked into bug tracker and I think it's time to the next step (1-59 leveling test or release finally).
You don't think like that?
