suggestion : cd, hp and mana reset before duel starts

Hi, I am satisfied with the server-funcionality so far, but would like to suggest implementing new feature on beta: cd, hp and mana reset before a duel starts. It's better for quick testing individual spells and interactions, instead of waiting unproductively on cds and hp or mana to regen. by eating food.
