add account creation date, first email (if changed afterwards), ip (location) you've logged from last or most often (or range if its dynamic), coin transactions (between you and players or store purchases), discount code(s) you receive every year.
Character gear/match history details you can view on armory and last used email won't be enough to prove ownership.

Emphasis on sending that info to [email protected] and not on public forum.
