Need help figuring out what is causing this

Whenever i use an ability something prints a timestamp and a 0 to the chat log. If anyone has seen this before please let me know what you did to fix it

If no one else knows exactly what's causing this...you'll have to do it the hard way:

Disable about half your addons, and try. If it happens, it's within the half you have enabled, disable half of them and repeat.

Once it stops happening, you know it's within the half you disabled...start enabling them until you figure it out.

After you find the addon, you can start digging into the options and code of the addon to figure out how to change the undesired behavior.
