Fix the RDF level ranges

How are high level 40s expected to complete a BRD run when the later mobs are 54+?

Level 54s in Dire maul?

The RDF level ranges need to be significantly made more strict. It's not possible to complete some dungeons with such low levels in group.

You can kill Gerstahn with a level 48 group without too many issues

I think system was made that way.

When you are in queue for too long,its gonna try and put you in any group (well obviously u cant join lvl DM at lvl 15 but you know what i am trying to say)

The sadest thing is Sunken Temple is still in the 60 pool, making Random option a nogo :/

I don´t understand why we not use the Blizzard level range. Because the x3 exp rate?
Kral is by the way missing in the list...
