Technical Can't login

I was doing alright in the first half of my day, doing weekly raids and daily dungeons until i get disconnected out of nowhere, just me and not a server reset. I tried logging in and I'm stuck at the login screen with a pop-up saying "success!", after awhile i get thrown into the realm selection window. When i try to connect to any of the servers, i get stuck again with a pop-up "Logging into the game server". I've been trying to log in and solve this issue for almost an hour, I went to restart router, delete cache, renewing IP ,etc. Nothing works, did anyone experience something like this before? if you did, how did you solve it, because I'm lost on what else i could do, i even reinstall the game.

The same thing is happening to me, my friend logged in fine so I have no idea what's going on

looking at my connection log, i can't seem to log in into the server. is there any fix for this? the log says:

Looks like my connection log has the exact same issue

i write this in my topic, but repeat here:
solution to the problem,
1. log out from the Warmain website
2. reboot the router (change IP)
3. log in to the site using two-factor authentication
4. play
