WotLK Red Latency

Lately everytime I play Wow I get massive latency spikes out of nowhere, I don't have any other program opened that may consume bandwidth and my PC is the only device connected to Wifi. It also isnt an issue with addons because I get the spikes even when removing every single one of them from the addons folder. Does anyone know anyone know a solution to this kind of problem? Its been like this since the last week,

You need to identify where it happens. Trace route and ping various points on the way, starting with your router. Then you will b able to see if its your problem, your ISP or further up the chain.
