Burning Essence - Dark Coffer - Does it exist?

Has anyone actually found the Burning Essence from Dark Coffer in BRD that is for the Libram of Resilience (20 FR enchant)? I have done 10-12 runs and most of the time the coffer drops literally nothing, and the essence is supposedly a 40% drop rate. Can anyone confirm that it does drop from it?

Doesn't exits, it never drops. Tried couple of times, reported a bug on Test Realm, tried few more times after release, reported a bug again. They never fixed it and I see reports from 6yrs ago on bugtracker about dark coffer still not solved. Anyhow you don't have to worry Fire Resistance it is also bugged and doesn't help you at all.
