Most needed class in end-game

I am curious about classes are needed the most end-game wise. What class do you think are in most need, in both DPS and Healing (not interested in tanking)?

The factions does not matter.

any healer is needed regardless the class, but imo shaman cz totems. dps probably mage for its food/water supply and aoe dmg.

Every single day the global chat is advertised that healers are in demand, especially DRUIDS and SHAMANS.

In particular, druids are nearly extinct on Onyxia. Make a Druid and collect full tier set in 2 lockouts.
