WotLK Pre-Raid Gear Website?

Hi folks,

I hope this isn't misplaced here, but I was wondering if someone knows a website or addon to easily see all epic items in WOTLK?
My Idea is to filter such a list e.g. for necks at ilvl 232 or lower, giving a list of all pre-raid epics for a certain slot. This might make it easier to decide where to farm pre-raid gear :)
RAWR would be a source for that as well I guess, but I'm not sure where a trustworthy source for that would be
