Call of Water quest problem

Was doing the call of water quest, but accidentally deleted the "septa" thing. So I abandoned the quest thinking I could redo it. No quest giver gives the quest anymore and I'm stuck with no water totem @ lvl 48. Anyone experienced something similar?

This quest gives you an elixir wich you can use to see elementals. this is the location :

if you go there, you should be able to redo the quest (maybe you will have to gather the materials again)
anyway, this quest is not necessary you could just lvl to 80 and from there get a totem either from vps or from dalaran tokens wich grants the same buff.
