Losing hp when switching to shield

Why do i lose 2k hp when switching to shield? it should stay the same no?

It depends from what you are switching. And also, changing any piece of gear means that you remove it from your character, before putting on another. So your stats will drop accordingly.

i see other warriors switch from 2h to 1h and shield and they dont lose the hp

Probably because your 2h has more stamina than your 1h+shield combined.

Warriors have no choice but to switch to shield+oh its part of the gameplay of the class. abilities requires your to do this yet you still lose hps ?
