Technical My characters are locked into the abyss

Look how they joke with me:
DESCRIPTION
When I try to ACTIVATE characters it says :
"You cannot DEACTIVATE this many characters, will result in exceeding the set character limit."

Apr 12, 2024 You would need to activate some of your stored characters before deactivating others. The Barracks system does not allow you to have an infinite amount of characters on your account.

What are your character amounts?

At the bottom of Barracks character screen:
- You currently have xx/10 active characters.
- You currently have xx/18 total characters on Icecrown.

- You currently have 2/10 active characters.
- You currently have 21/18 total characters on Icecrown.

This problem exists for everyone. It's not personal problem.
This problem exists from years.
