Create a battleground mod with no mounts

Create a battleground that does not allow mounts.

It is a fun way to make PvP more creative. And introduce a new strategy layer.

Perhaps a no-mount Arathi Basin. This BG is small enough that walking is OK. But winning depends on territory and mobility. I think it would be a great BG for walking version.
