A week ago I lost my account for using a fishing bot, I want to clarify that I am a new player and I did not know that this was not allowed.
I sent a ticket and it was rejected.
The measure seems a bit exaggerated to me, they should at least give a warning first and as a warning measure restart the fishing points.
how long do I wait ? a month, a semester or a year
I would like to know how long I should wait to recover my account to play again?

I don't know how you thought bots would be allowed anywhere.

I doubt you'll get unbanned, but you can try once every 30 days. If it was relatively fresh account, I'd just start new and play by the rules this time.
