Technical Not being able to untick windowed mode and make the game fullscreen

So, I've reinstalled warmane and my drivers are up to date, I have a good enough PC, I have unticked the read-me only from the folder properties but when I choose my native resolution 1920x1080 and I untick the windowed mode it just freezes, the game is still open I hear the music, but the game has just frozen and I'm seeing my desktop but unable to click anything forcing me to restart... I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this and what they did to fix?

Try turn off discord before launching game client.
