WotLK Flash of Light macro

Hello,

i'm learning to play prog paladin, mainly arenas and WG, and wanted to ask, is there a macro which would equip holy eq (weapon, shield, libram) casted a Flash of Light and then switch those three items back to DMG gear? I tryed to google but found nothing. Found one that switched the eq, started healing but the heal got interupted almost instantly. In theory this should be similar to warrior changing stance and eq to spell reflect, but i couln't make that work.
So any advice, even telling me that cannot be done, would be awesome.

You might need to press the macro twice: once to switch to healing gear and cast Flash of Light, and a second time to switch back to your damage gear after the cast.
